City starts with rebuilt after explosion

In the western suburbs of the Congolese capital, cranes have been in constant motion in recent months as the houses of a certain standing gradually emerge. These are barracks and military housing that the authorities are building, having resolved to remove all military establishments from residential areas. This proposed relocation of barracks finally started. It was accelerated as a result of the explosion of an ammunition depot of the armed forces on 4 March, 2012 in the Mpila district, east of Brazzaville.
