Civilian casualties in IS raid

A refinery operated IS organization in north-eastern Syria, near the Turkish border, was the target of an air raid of the international coalition. The bombing killed 30 people, including civilians, members of staff of the oil site and jihadists. The headquarters of the international coalition has promised that an explanation would be given about why civilians were affected: "When the reporting of civilian casualties caused by US forces or those of the coalition is deemed credible, an investigation is to determine the merits of the allegations and the circumstances surrounding them.”
