Foreign investment resumes, less job creation

Good news for Hollande: foreign investment in Francewill resume. After three years of decline, the number of projects launched by international groups has risen from 8% in 2014, according to the scores of the National Business Agency France, unveiled Monday. This public structure recorded 740 such decisions, whether new sites, extensions to existing sites or buyouts in trouble. On this criterion, 2014 is one of the best investment years recorded in ten years. "This increase marks a trend reversal” said a delighted Muriel Pénicaud, Executive Director of Business France. “We feel a shudder.”
