; the government should make the business environment friendly by rewarding growth to bring employment; prisoners should work and earn from the government; fix education right as the problem starts with degreeless teachers; stop racial discrimination as study should not be based on skin colour or quotas; allow productive practices; focus on a profit-sharing scheme on unproductive land and 50/50 farm ownership scheme will make farms more productive. Sound advice, indeed.
