Going for new crowns, ending up toothless

A woman who had all of her top teeth wrongfully removed by a dentist finally has her smile back. Nicki Stanley suffered from poor dental health and went to her dental practitioner in hope of getting new crowns fitted. She lost all of her top teeth while under anaesthetic. She was too scared to leave her house. Her smile was restored using a new technique, pioneered by brothers Dr Anthony Zybutz and Dr Michael Zybutz. The 46-year-old odontophobe from London said: “When I lost all my teeth, it was like losing my personality.”
