Obama adamant on two-state solution

Netanyahu's remarks against a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict make it difficult to resume negotiations, said Obama in an interview. US President evokes his telephone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister, two days after the victory for the parliamentary Conservative leader and his party, Likud. "I told him that we continue to believe that a two-state solution is the only way for Israel to know the long-term security if Israel wants to remain both a Jewish and democratic state," said Obama.
