7 killed in 2 suicide attacks in Benghazi

At least seven Libyan soldiers were killed Tuesday in two suicide car bomb attacks against the army in the city of Benghazi. The attacks occurred on the same day the UN offered a crisis plan for the country that’s been dumped into chaos. Libya's second city, Benghazi, is one of the most volatile areas of the country, delivered to militias since the fall of the former regime. It’s being led by two rival governments and parliaments: the city is only in part controlled by the government recognised by the international community. The other sectors are in the hands of armed Islamist groups.
