Pre-workout boost

An ultra cut and toned body is the product of training. If you want to gain muscle weight, use weight training to compliment another sport. Weight training is very effective to prevent injury or to improve your strength, speed or endurance. Your pre-workout boost must consist of sugars, proteins and water. Consume 20 g protein an hour before your workout, either in natural form (100 g chicken or 200 g of cheese) or powder mixed with water if you are on a tight schedule half an hour before training.
